Customers are eligible for a refund if the product fails to meet their expectations, provided they meet the following qualifications:
[+] Refund requests must be made within one week from the date of purchase to be considered valid (24 hours for tiers lower than 7 days). Any requests outside of this one-week grace period will not be honored, except in cases where special access is granted.
[+] Refunds will be evaluated if the customer’s key or product is entirely incompatible with their software program or computer, rendering it unusable.
[+] In situations where the key cannot be redeemed or used, a refund may be issued.
It’s important to note that refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:
[+] If a user has been banned.
[+] Due to personal preferences such as dissatisfaction with the menu.
[+] Simply because the customer decided not to make the purchase on a particular day.
[+] Based on financial constraints, as we are unable to process refunds for this reason.
